About the 4th National Moot Court Competition

Ajeenkya D. Y. Patil University, School of Law, is elated to announce the 4th National Moot Court Competition, 2024. It is their belief that Moot Court Competitions help students develop critical thinking, persuasive speaking, and fervent advocacy skills that are essential to good legal representation.

Eligibility

The participating team must be enrolled in a three-year law graduate programme or a five-year integrated undergraduate law program.
There must be two speakers and one researcher or 2 speakers.
Only one team can register from one institution.
Students pursuing their LL.M. or Diploma courses are not eligible for participation.
