Residing in the heart of the city, Central College comes under the umbrella of the City Group of Colleges. City Group of Colleges has been standing the test of time for over 3 decades, and our motive since day one is to impart excellence in education.one of the City Group of Colleges, located near Sultanpur Road in the lovely neighborhood of Sushant Golf City.

Central Law College has been seeded with an aim to impart a high standard of legal teaching with missionary zeal so that young lawyers become fully competent to pursue their noble legal profession with knowledge, Caliber, and dignified standard. We not only lay emphasis upon procreation of degree but also insist more upon developing a sense of loyalty to be observed in pursuing their law practice as a noble profession indeed.

About National Level Client Counselling Competition

The National Level Client Counselling Competition is conceived as an academic platform to strengthen the practical orientation of legal education and to promote professional ethics among law students at the national level. The competition provides an opportunity for participating students to engage structured client interactions, identify relevant legal issues, and offer clear, well-reasoned, and ethically responsible legal advice. By simulating real-life counselling situations, the competition enables students to develop essential lawyering skills such as effective communication, analytical reasoning, empathy, and professional conduct.

This competition seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical legal instruction and practical application by encouraging participants to apply classroom learning to realistic legal problems. Through thoughtfully designed case scenarios and evaluation parameters, students are assessed on their ability to understand client concerns, analyze facts, and propose viable legal solutions while adhering to established professional standards. The event thus contributes meaningfully to the holistic development of aspiring legal profession.

Theme

The themes of all rounds shall be based on any of spectrum of laws including:-

  • Law of contract
  • Family Law
  • Criminal Law

Eligibility

Students in three-year and five-year law degree courses in any year from any university/college/law school/department are eligible to apply for registration of their team.

Registration Fees

The registration fees for the competition is ₹600/- per team.
