NUALS, Kochi is excited to share details about the International ADR Seminar 2025, scheduled for March 14, 2025, organised by NUALS in collaboration with the NUALS ADR Society and the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR). This premier event will bring together over 200 participants, including legal scholars, practitioners, and students, to delve into the evolving dynamics of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

The seminar will feature discussions on relevant topics such as AI-driven ADR, climate arbitration, and cross-border disputes, led by distinguished experts. With a hybrid mode of participation, the seminar is designed to foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and create a platform for groundbreaking dialogue.
