Seth Motilal Nyalchand (M.N.) Law College was established in 1973. It is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. For this affiliation, Seth M.N. Law College is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi.
The College stands for a global leadership in legal education. The institute has co- existed as the only legal studies with other flagship institution of Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. Further, it has networked with the Government, Judiciary, Community, Society, Industries and Profession for mutual benefit.
During the long journey of 47 years, it has achieved various milestones in academics. Its innovative and creative educational initiatives set a high standard in region and State of Gujarat which is exemplary for the other Law Colleges. It is the first Law College in the State of Gujarat to be Assessed with and Accredited Twice by NAAC with 2.15(CGPA) in 2008 and 2.77 ( CGPA) in 2014, highest in the State of Gujarat so far as Law Colleges are concern.
