Taranath shikshana samsmthe a pioneer educational institution of Raichur, started Seth Chunilal Amarchand Bohra Law college in the year 1974 with a view to the growing legal educational needs of the people of this backward area earlier the college was affiliated to Karnataka University Dharvade.
The great philothrphist Seth Chunilal Amarchand Bohra family of Raichur came forward with a magnificent donation of Rs. 51,111 the college is named after the Donor in deference to their wish. S. S. Seth Chunilal Amarchand Bohara Law College, Raichur, Karnataka which was earlier housed in the BRB College of commerce till 1991. And then it was shifted to its new building. This new building was inaugurated by Sri. S. Bangarappa former chief minister of Karnataka.
