Brief Profile of Nawada Vidhi Mahavidhyalaya, Nawada
Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya was established in the year of 1988 at the district headquarter of Nawada for imparting high standard law education to fulfill the desire of entire Magadh region. Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya is well equipped for the teaching of traditional and modern law courses of LL.B. standard prescribed by the Magadh University. Bodh- Gaya. The Bar Council of India New Delhi has given recognition to this college.
Way back in history, the Mahavidyalaya came into existence by the active enthusiasm of the present Principal Dr. D.N. Mishra, M. Com., M.A. (Econ.), LL.M. (Utkal), Ph.D. His active superintendence, careful planning and matchless enterprises are matters to be remembered forever in connection with the development of the College. Spontaneous Co- operation came during the establishment by various walks of people such as Shri Srinandan Sharma, Ex- Principal, Gandhi Inter School, Nawada, Sri N.K. Sharma, Advocate, Shri B.N. Singh, the then District and Session Judge, Nawada Shri Faiz Akram, I.A.S., Shri Satyanarayan Pradhan, I.A.S., Shri Surendra Prasad, the then L.R.D.C., Nawada, Md. A. Haque, the then C.O. Shri P.K. Dixit, Public Prosecutor, Shri Prem Chandra Ram, the then M.P. Late Kishna Prasad, the then M.L.A. and all others the then M.L.A. of Nawada District.
