MANSAS Trust (MAHARAJAH ALAK NARAYANA SOCIETY OF ARTS & SCIENCE) was established in the year 1958 by Dr. PVG Raju, Rajah Saheb of Vizianagaram for the promotion of education in Vizianagaram.

Numerous Landed Property was donated by Rajah Saheb to the MANSAS Trust for the Development of educational institutions. 12 institutions are under the MANSAS Trust and MRVRGR Law College is one of the institution among them. At present Sri P.Ashok Gajapathi Raju is the Chairman of the Trust.

MRVRGR Law College was established during the year 1986-87 under the Honourable Management of MANSAS Trust. At Present the MANSAS Trust is under the administration of Endowments Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The Law College is situated at Round Mahal with sufficient accomadation and furniture for principal’s office, Library, office room, class rooms and staff room. All the teaching staff including Principal are fully qualified and selected by the duly constituted selection committee as per UGC, University and State Govt. and the Non-Teaching staff as per Govt., norms.

In the line of academic excellence the students of this college achieved good results at university level and Gold medals and distinctions in various subjects. Some of the students selected as Judicial officers and Assistant Public Prosecutors Posts.
