Banaskantha Mercantile Co-op Bank Ltd Law College is a self-financed one and was set up in the year 1997 offering a three-year degree course of LL.B. (General); and since November 2001 the LL.B. (Special) degree course is also being offered. At present, the total student strength of the college is 305.
The Law College represents the first institution in the BKDKM stable to offer a degree somewhat removed from the routine; thus broadening the scope of education, qualifications and career paths available to aspirants.
Law Degree graduates have the option of becoming lawyers and solicitors; joining the judiciary at various levels and playing a host of roles at the corporate level as well.
