The Govt. of Maharashtra granted permission to the Society to start a Five Year Law Degree Course College on permanent no-grant basis vide its letter No. NGC 2004/ (1/04)/MS-4, dated 15^th July 2004. The college is affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, which granted its first affiliation vide its letter no. AU/8/C-2274/2004, dated 01^st September 2004. The Bar Council of India, New Delhi granted approval of affiliation to the college vide its letter No. BCI: D: 776/2005 (LE:Mtg) (53-Maharashtra-T), dated 25^th April 2005.

The college started its regular functioning by admitting students in LL.B. Five Year Integrated Course from the academic year 2005-2006. The college introduced LL.M. course in five groups i.e. (a) Criminal Law, (b) Business Law, (c) Constitutional and Administrative Law, (d) Corporate Law and € Human Rights from the academic year 2009 – 2010 and LL. B. Three Year Degree Course from the academic year 2017-2018.
