A.R. Bhatt Computer Science College was established in the year 2008. It was inaugurated by the Trustees, Pro. Vice Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Surashtra University on 7th July 2008. The college is managed by Shree Darshan Education and Cheritable Trust – Rajkot.

The founder of this college Mr. Jitendra A. Bhatt started this college in the memory of his father Lt. Shree Anantrai Ramshankar Bhatt a Social Activist who was also honored with “The Gujarat Gaurav Award.”
