This college is name under late Shree Parshotamdas M. Patel who was himself a farmer, freedom fighter and eminent educationalist. He has always kept himself up to date with any changes in justice system. Our president had vision to have a law college under the name of his father and he started Shree P. M. Patel P.G. Institute of Law and Human Rights in the year 2006.<\/p>\n
Shree P. M. Patel P.G. Institute of Law and Human Rights, Anand is one of the Institute of Anand People\u2019s Medicare Society which is affiliated to the Sardar Patel University since 2006.<\/p>\n
The President of Anand People\u2019s Medicare Society, Shree Bipinchandra P. Patel (LL.B.) (Vakil) is counsel at the Gujarat High Court and is founder of this prestigious law college. His highly efforts towards legal education in new area of Master\u2019s in law that is LL.M (CBCS) in the Sardar Patel University. LL.M (CBCS)was newly course brought with four unique groups\/stream and approved by UGC under Choice Based Credit System and sanctioned by the Bar Council of India.<\/p>\n
Our College Shree P M Patel P G Institute of Law & Human Rights, Anand, began functioning from the academic year of 2012 with LL.M. in the Specific Specialization in Business Law, Criminal Law, Environment Law and Human Rights Law.\u00a0 We offered all four of post graduate programmes are Two Year programmes which are divided in four Semesters.<\/p>\n
