About the Speakers

The speaker for the webinar is Mr. Danish Khan, Principal Associate (Competition Law) at Dua Associates. Danish Khan is a lawyer with a passion for Competition Law.

He has extensive experience in Competition Litigation and Advisory. He has advised and represented clients before the Competition Commission of India and Appellate Forum(s). He writes frequently for National and International publications with a focus on Competition Law.
