BR Foundation is Hosting an online certificate course on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

About the Course

This course is an annual 4-day course on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency especially focusing on the developments in the insolvency regime in India and the major cases.

The academic session is spread across nearly 25 hours and covers various areas such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, corporate restructuring, pre-packs, the role of the National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunals, valuation aspects in asset maximization, cross border insolvency, etc.

The Course shall cover the following aspects of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016:

• Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
• Evolution of the jurisprudence on the role of Resolution Professional in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
